Members will explore whether traditional frameworks like the Double Diamond still hold up, considering how the core phases may remain relevant even as the pacing, participants, and expectations around discovery continue to shift.
A key theme will be the widening gap between rapid experimentation and the ability to govern quality at scale. The roundtable will examine what it takes to move beyond static “best practices” toward a more adaptive playbook, grounded in identifying the right problems to solve and supported by cross-functional experience governance frameworks.
