Victoria Spaulding-Burford

VP of Product Design and UX

Victoria Spaulding-Burford, as the VP of Digital Experience Design and Content at Kaiser Permanente, is at the forefront of enhancing UX design, research, and accessibility across the organization. Her two decades of experience in UX/CX and human-centered design have been pivotal in transforming digital interactions during key corporate mergers and acquisitions. Victoria’s expertise in omni-channel CX strategies, service design, UX delivery, and dynamic content strategies has consistently driven significant gains in customer retention and satisfaction.

Her notable career milestones include the introduction of self-service check-in kiosks at Delta Air Lines and orchestrating the customer experience integration during the Delta and Northwest Airlines merger. Victoria holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering Psychology and an MBA in Global Business. She is currently pursuing a doctorate, focusing on diverse and inclusive leadership decision-making.

Victoria is also a certified SAFe© Agilist and HFI CUA, and holds several patents for creating optimized UX applications and experience architecture models.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is an avid classic car restorer, enjoys international travel with her family, and cares for a varied collection of pets. She is eagerly stepping into her first Board of Directors role with Artportunity Knocks, a non-profit aimed at empowering youth through the arts, education, community service, and cultural integration.
