Design Leadership Playbook

In November 2025, senior design executives gathered in Seattle for our roundtable focused on how user-centered product development must evolve in the AI era.

Hosted by Jennifer Darmour (Oracle), the discussion explored what changes when product creation becomes faster, more democratized, and increasingly non-deterministic, while the need for strong discovery and decision-making remains constant.

Members emphasized the growing need for executive leadership and accountability around quality at scale, including how organizations define quality, validate ideas, and align cross-functional teams around the right problems to solve.
