Gordon Ching is the Founder of Design Executive Council (DXC), the premier membership network connecting design executives at Fortune 1000 companies and high-growth ventures. DXC's members collectively oversee more than $1 trillion in revenue and $3 trillion in market value.

DXC began as Gordon's master's research on design executives, which grew into hundreds of interviews over the years and became the foundation for the core philosophy, knowledge base and methods design leaders use today to advance their careers and unlock business value inside their organizations. Under his leadership, DXC has grown into the most trusted peer network for corporate design executives, shaping how design leaders and their teams and partners activate the value and role of strategic design leadership at the executive and board level. Through Council convenings, original research, and peer intelligence drawn from practitioners who've lived in the role, DXC gives members the peer intelligence that shapes better decisions from from people in the seat.

Before DXC, Gordon led design, research, brand, and marketing work at companies like Apple and Affirm. He holds a Master's in Design Management from SCAD. He is a passionate practitioner of Kyudo, Japanese archery and way of the bow, which deeply shapes how he thinks about leadership, craft, and life.
