Prior to Shipt, Martin served as VP of Product Design & Research at Sam’s Club, where he helped transform both digital and physical retail through member-first innovation. His career spans 20+ years and includes leadership roles at Samsung, Sony, Barnes & Noble, and multiple early-stage startups.
Martin brings a global lens to design strategy, a deep belief in the power of design to drive trust and differentiation, and a passion for leading teams that turn complexity into clarity.
