With a career spanning over two decades across industry-leading technology companies, Heather has a proven track record of excellence in leading and scaling high-performing, global product design teams and driving the development of innovative and disruptive products that generate ROI and improve the lives of users.

Today, Heather is the VP of Autodesk’s AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Experience & Analytics team, spanning design, research, content strategy, analytics, data science, and operations. Focused on the transformation of products like AutoCAD, Industry Collections, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Forma, her team seeks to give architects, designers, engineers, and construction professionals the tools they need to create a more beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive physical world. Throughout her eleven-year tenure at Google, Heather led across various organizations, managing teams of designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, analysts, and producers. Prior, Heather served as the first Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Pearson Education, and Scholastic, where she led the development of transformative digital learning experiences.

Heather is deeply passionate about the transformative potential of AI and is committed to using AI to drive innovation and craft products that are not only delightful but also highly useful. At Google, Heather spearheaded the integration of AI-driven features into a wide array of products and recently, Heather graduated from MIT's intensive program in AI. Lastly, Heather has served for several decades as an instructor and guest lecturer at esteemed institutions such as Harvard, UCLA, Marist, and Yale School of Management. Her contributions to the field of Human-Computer Interaction have been recognized by the Anita Borg Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, where she was featured in "Profiles of Women in Human Computer Interaction.
