Jason recently joined Humana as Chief Design Officer. In this inaugural role, Jason will lead the organization’s strategy for the member experience, ensuring Humana continues to deliver innovative and user-centered healthcare solutions to its members.
Previously, Jason was a founding member of the Design Team at Capital One. He departed as Managing Vice President, Design for the Retail Bank and Premium Segments. Jason played a leadership role in the launch of the Venture X card, numerous enhancements to the digital experience and standards for experience measurement. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling and maturing the business acuity of the Design function, while elevating Capital One’s customer-centricity.
Jason began his career in research and design strategy and holds a master's degree in Decision Sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University.
