Issa Breibish is an award-winning design executive with over 30 years of experience driving transformation across a broad spectrum of industries. With a passion for simplicity at the intersection of people, brands, and technology, Issa’s career has spanned early-stage startups through Fortune 500 companies where he has consistently fostered cultures of innovation, design leadership, and advocacy.
As Chief Design Officer at Bentley Systems, Issa leads multidisciplinary teams across product, brand, and digital experience, positioning design as a key driver of transformation across the business. The work of these teams impacts thousands of daily users whose work supports and enables the lives of millions of people around the globe.
Before joining Bentley, Issa served as Chief Customer Officer at Seequent, in addition to holding influential roles at Adobe, Corbis, and Verity. Issa was also co-founder of Veer, a design-forward brand which became a creative industry love-mark before being acquired by Bill Gates in 2007.
Beyond his executive roles, Issa is a vocal advocate for the power of design to shape better futures, mentoring emerging leaders, and uncovering the role of design in creating substantial human connection.
