Throughout her career, Bethany has transformed design and research teams into high-performing units by instilling a blend of creativity, rigor, and business acumen. Her strategic leadership has consistently elevated user experience while driving business growth across retail, media, and telecommunications sectors. From launching Crate&Barrel's first website; to leading digital transformation for Fortune 100 clients at Razorfish; to leading the experience strategy and execution as AVP, User Experience at AT&T/DIRECTV for DIRECTV Now and AT&T TV (now DIRECTV Stream) -- pioneering the company's entry into streaming services, Bethany has demonstrated an innovative approach that turns creative concepts into measurable business outcomes.

Bethany's expertise is grounded in a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, further enhanced by training at Stanford's and a specialized mini-MBA for Designers.
