Catherine leads Experience Design and Product for Autodesk's digital direct business, a $1B+ global engine spanning e-commerce, AI monetization, and a third-party marketplace. She owns the experience end to end, from strategy through execution, aligning engineering and go-to-market leaders across the company. A builder at heart, Catherine treats design as a formative function, one that shapes how people behave and drives impact the discipline is too rarely trusted to deliver.
Trained as an architect, she found during a graduate degree at MIT that digital design carried the same philosophy further and faster. She stayed on to direct a lab at the Media Lab, then spent the next decade-plus leading design and product at mission-driven companies during pivotal moments: pioneering, and patenting, cardiology wearables at Quanttus; growing design from a team of one into a company-wide function at Foundation Medicine through its acquisition by Roche; serving as the senior-most design leader at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative; and leading digital and industrial design across Hinge Health's hypergrowth, through two acquisitions and its IPO.
