VP of Advanced Digital Creation Studio
at
Nike Innovation

Roger oversees the product creation innovation team, exploring the future of design and engineering. The team applies advanced digital skills in designing and engineering new performance apparel, footwear, and accessories — solving problems for elite and everyday athletes alike through pinnacle innovations across a range of sport dimensions, including but not limited to global football, running, and basketball.

By creating and applying computational scripts or algorithms, digital-twin technologies, and emerging generative AI techniques, Roger and his team bring Nike ever closer to bridging athlete data and insights captured in the Nike Sport Research Lab with additive or other advanced manufacturing capabilities. This pioneering team has produced industry firsts such as Flyprint (the world's first 3D-printed shoe) as well as the 2014 World Cup Rebento bag (the world's first 3D-printed performance duffel bag), while contributing to more recent breakthroughs such as FlyWeb, the Air Milano jacket, Nike Mind, and the 2026 World Cup kits.

Roger brings deep design, product, retail, and technology experience across Advanced Innovation, Consumer Creation, Nike Direct, and Global Technology, collaborating cross-organizationally over his 22 years at Nike to lead end-to-end, enterprise-level digital transformation in both Nike Direct and Product Creation.
