Thesis for Experience Leadership

This roundtable will bring senior design executives together to establish a shared thesis for Experience Leadership in the AI era, focusing on the unmet business needs that require stronger leadership from design, not just as makers, but as accountable shapers of systems, standards, and value creation.

Hosted by Mary Piontkowski, VP of Product Design at Cisco Networking, the discussion will explore how experience leadership differs from traditional design leadership, and what it takes to evolve the role toward greater accountability, influence, and enterprise impact.

The quarter will culminate in a clear, shared thesis to guide development and validation efforts throughout the year.
