Cody Evol is a design leader who builds consumer products used by millions — and teams that love making them. He currently leads a team of product designers at Warner Music Group, shaping the digital experiences that connect artists with millions of fans worldwide. Over two decades in the industry, Cody has crafted products at some of tech's most recognizable companies — PayPal, Facebook, and Eventbrite — giving him a rare range across fintech, social, live events, and entertainment, and a deep understanding of what it takes to ship at scale.

His current focus sits at the frontier where design and AI meet. Inside the enterprise, Cody champions AI-assisted building — working to break down the walls between design and engineering so designers can ship real front-end code, not just mockups. Outside of work, he prototypes AI-native personal software: conversational, chatbot-first experiences that explore what happens when an interface can talk back. He believes the next generation of design leadership belongs to those who treat AI as a creative material, not a threat.

Based in sunny Palm Springs, California, Cody is an avid cyclist who has twice completed the 545-mile AIDS/LifeCycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles — proof he's happiest taking on long roads with a good team, one hill at a time.
