Jojo Yang is a product design leader and Head of Cisco’s Enterprise Design System, where she leads strategy, governance, and adoption across Cisco’s product ecosystem. Her team’s work supports more than 700 designers and 1,200 engineers across 40+ enterprise applications.

With deep experience in enterprise design systems, design operations, and AI-augmented workflows, Jojo has focused on design systems for nearly a decade and is now driving the evolution of Cisco’s enterprise design system into an AI-ready product creation platform. Before Cisco, she led the UX and Creative practice at Saggezza, later acquired by Cisco, building a cross-functional team that delivered enterprise software experiences for global clients. She began her career at Accenture, working on large-scale product lifecycle management implementations and building a foundation in complex enterprise transformation.

Jojo holds a BS in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University. A former music producer and DJ who has performed at large festivals like Lollapalooza, Jojo brings a creative systems mindset to design leadership. She understands how rhythm, collaboration, and audience shape experiences that feel effortless, and is passionate about scaling quality, mentoring designers, and helping teams adopt emerging technologies responsibly.
