Neil Epstein is Director of Product Design at Cisco Networking, where he leads foundational platform experiences that help customers make sense of complex networks and act with confidence. Since joining Cisco in 2024, he has helped lead the launch of the AI Assistant and is focused on how intelligence can turn complex data into clear guidance and meaningful action. His inclusive, collaborative approach brings diverse perspectives to ambiguous challenges, using data to inform decisions while leaving room for experimentation and learning.
Before Cisco, Neil spent more than a decade at Comcast leading experiences across entertainment, connectivity, the connected home, and the Xfinity app, with a focus on simplifying complexity and creating unity between physical and digital experiences. Earlier, at frog design, he helped brands including GE, NBCUniversal, Disney, and Honeywell identify strategic opportunities and translate them into new products and experiences.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Neil holds design and utility patents, and his work has been recognized with an Emmy and a Cannes Lion. He lives in Philadelphia with his family and three dogs and strives to keep his free time intentionally analog, finding ways to explore and create in the physical world.
