Shefali Netke is VP of Product Design at SmartRecruiters, where she is shaping the future of AI-driven hiring. She oversees design strategy, craft, and team health across a global team of designers building SmartRecruiters' agentic-first platform.

Her work sits at the intersection of design leadership and applied AI, from defining how autonomous agents and humans collaborate inside enterprise products to building the frameworks and team practices that let design scale responsibly within a large organization. Since SmartRecruiters joined SAP, she has focused on aligning design across the two ecosystems and bringing speed to enterprise scale.
